Excelente compañero de ocio

We sadly have to part ways with our 14-year-old pony, Paulchen. He was our daughter’s first pony, but now she wants to progress further, so we are looking for a new home for him.  

She has ridden him in dressage, show jumping, and cross-country. He enjoys hacking out, riding in groups on the racecourse, cantering around the arena with a saddle pad, and just having fun—he’s always up for a bit of mischief.  

He has also been driven in harness by his previous owners.  

In handling, he can be a bit of a rascal, which is why he is led with a chain halter.  

He is not a typical children's or beginner’s pony; he also suits experienced adult riders. He is well-built, stands approximately 1.48 m (15.1 hh), and is suitable for more advanced riders.  

Last spring, he was lame in the front right leg, where an arthrosis was diagnosed and treated at the Tierklinik Telgte. As a result, he should no longer jump.  

Paulchen is an Eczema sufferer. During the summer, he is kept outside 24 hours a day, wearing a fly mask and blanket, which we can include.  

If the hay is very dusty, he may cough occasionally.  

About three months ago, he was lame behind on the left side, likely due to a strain or similar issue. His leg was X-rayed, but nothing was found.
