This interesting mare represents the exceptionally strong Balia damline, which has been producing successful sporthorses for generations. She is a half-sister to the international 1.45m ranked showjumper Legend SMH (s.Grand Slam VDL), who recently made his 1.50m-level debut under Jane Richard. Dam Hanna Balia SMH is a half-sister to, among others, the 1.45/1.50m-level performers Bybalia SMH (s.Cardento) and Ibalius SMH (s.Everglade VDL). Additionally, Shanna Balia van Koldaard has the same granddam as the 1.45m-level competing Bugatti X. Sire Chatinue competed at the highest level with Darragh Kenny and Luis Alejandro Plascencia, and is a half-brother to Grand Prix stallion Balou du Reventon as well as the top sire Balou du Rouet.
