His gentle nature and friendly demeanor make him an absolute favorite. This gelding possesses all the qualities of an ideal horse and a lifelong partner. Always eager to greet visitors at the gate and gets along with all types of horses, ponies, and livestock. He enjoys treats and grooming time and is a favorite among our veterinarian and farrier. Valiance exhibits impeccable ground manners, demonstrating proficiency in groundwork, basic liberty, and is amazing for the kids to catch and lead around. He is eager to learn new skills and is a pleasure to ride. (Check out his detailed video!) Valiance is a versatile horse capable of handling various terrains. He is well-suited for trails, including the challenging Trail and the rugged Rocky Mountains. His surefootedness allows him to navigate rough terrain effectively, whether it’s trail riding or pack and pick work. He is accustomed to the hustle and bustle of city riding, including encounters with strollers, bikes, runners, trains, and even highway traffic. In the arena, V showcases his impressive skills with a beautiful walk, jog, and lope and we have been told by many he has one of the smoothest jogs and lopes they’ve ever ridden. V also has a sliding stop, back up, spin, and side pass. V will carry a flag, walk over tarps and is not scared by loud and chaotic environments- He has demonstrated his versatility by participating in roping, dragging logs and tarps, walking over tarps, carrying a flag, performing drill team exercises, and even pushing cows and being around roping and brandings. V knows how to sidepass, spin and move his haunches as well as open gates. V has also been introduced to English riding and is actively learning to frame up, hold a good collection, hold his body over cavalettis, and navigate small cross-country courses and cross rails in the arena. Regardless of the challenges we present to him, V consistently delivers exceptional performance. His unwavering dedication and love for his owners have earned him the admiration of everyone who meets him. Valiance has even hauled around my 2 year old with no issues! She absolutely adores this horse and rides him daily. He also rides bareback and double and will trail ride out completely alone or in a big group of horses without an issue. Many have described him as a once-in-a-lifetime horse, a sentiment we wholeheartedly want to share with his new owner ❤️ V is a reliable and versatile horse who can lead, load, tie, bathe, and stand all day if requested. We invite you to come meet this extraordinary horse and experience his exceptional qualities firsthand as well as watching his detailed video and checking out his impressive nature! "
