The dam Bahamas descends from the relatively new mare family 76, a producer of many successful competition horses, primarily in dressage. The granddam Bologna is an Elite Mare with a high dressage breeding index of 153. Among her offspring is Vancouver (by Blue Hors Veneziano), who won the Breeders Trophy as a four-year-old and has placings in M-level B dressage. Valenzia (by Blue Hors Veneziano) has victories at M-level A dressage. Havanna (by Harlem D), Kingston (by King Olymbrio L) and Sevilla (by Suarez) were all awarded dressage premiums as young horses.

The great-granddam Ballerina was awarded a dressage premium as both a three- and four-year-old. She placed second in the National Mare Championship as a three-year-old and placed in the final of the National Quality Competition as a four-year-old. Ballerina is an Elite Mare and has a dressage breeding index of 153. Her offspring include the Elite stallion Bocelli 1044 (by Don Schufro), who competed with great success in international Grand Prix dressage with Rose Mathiesen. She also produced the full siblings Barcelona and Faustino 1244 (by Figaro R). Barcelona won the Breeders Trophy, represented Sweden at the World Young Horse Championships and has placings in Prix St Georges dressage; she later went into breeding and attained Elite status. Faustino 1244 was likewise awarded a dressage premium, won the Breeders Trophy and competed up to Intermediaire I dressage. Ballerina’s long list of offspring also includes Backgammon (by Don Schufro), who was awarded a dressage premium and has placings in Intermediaire I dressage; Matisse (by Majim G), who has a placing in M-level dressage; and the premium-awarded Elite mares Balett (by Bourbon) and La Bohème (by Don Schufro).
