Keri girl, the barn favorite and everyone's go to for adventure. Keri has proven to be the safe of the safe and while she is great in my lesson program for first time riders, she excels as a trail horse.
Keri is looking for the rider who wants to go every weekend, haul all over, ride with friends, camp out, join parades, and hunt for adventure. She is sure footed, brave and proven to get you where you want to go safely. She's the perfect height for easy mounting and she's built like a brick house. Sure, Keri is absolutely adorable toting a kid down the trail but she's stout enough to carry a large adult rider all day everyday. Rocky terrain, big hills, fallen trees, water crossings, bridges, cows, deer...whatever she will truck on through.
Keris favorite speed is walk, but she will happily trot for miles and canter when required.
She tolerates saddle bags, dogs, ponying colts and being run into by green horses.
Ride her bareback, backwards or double she's just happy to go. She's led parades and carried flags too, like it's just another day in paradise.
In the arena Keri is solid and safe. W\T\L both ways, stops off "whoa" and has a decent understanding of leg yields.
Keri is barefoot and an easy keeper, she fits in with a herd or is happy in a stall.
Shes great for the farrier, stands tied, easy to catch, bathes, good for body clipping, loads and hauls great. No vices or health issues. Keri girl is ready to hit the trails for you this fall.
