Tango is a 9-year-old Tennessee Walking Horse who is well trained in trail riding, neck reining, and works off leg pressure. Tango is a surefooted trail horse with miles of experience under the saddle. He has been trail ridden extensively and confidently travels out of state for multi-day rides and events. Used regularly for backcountry trail clean-up, he is calm around equipment, wildlife, and unpredictable terrain. He handles rough ground, and crosses water, bridges, and logs without hesitation. Will lead, follow, or ride out alone. Loads, ties, and hauls like a pro. High-lines and is a seasoned, no-nonsense horse for someone looking for a dependable partner in the mountains, on long hauls, or for service and volunteer trail work. Tango is calm and easy to catch. He will park out for mounting on both sides and stands until instructed to move. Stands well for the farrier and is suitable for intermediate to experienced riders. He is up to date on Coggins, dental, hoof care, and vet checks. I have been his second owner; he was three years old when I took ownership and continued his training.
