Joey, 15 hands chocolate bay he sheds out late June July turns buckskin or done real light color. He is a Tennessee walker cross Quarter performance horse, older friend of mine raised bred him and raised him. Joey was out of a walking horse mare field trial horse and an all-around performance quarter horse out of Nebraska. Joey was a gift from a close friend as a three year-old he traveled to United States with me as my go to wrangling horse.

Doing field trials at the highest level, all breeds his jobs, scouting handling and judging and gallery writing picked many dogs up while scouting and would set them in the saddle and travel to camp or dog wagon, real handy horse
Joey will work cattle roe, cattle sort, cattle and loves checking fence. He has also worked BULLS with no worry at all Joey participates in all the parades Fourth of July for years with the kids aging 12 years and up riding him tractors ATVs semi trains cars no worry to Joey. Joey thinks he is 16 hands but he’s 15 hands real big heart no mountains are big enough or no rocks or no river worries, Joey he watches very closely the texture of the ground and does not drip or hit any holes or make mistakes very surefooted. Joey will go where you point him, and I have had him out west and some big mountains and he did not worry fit in really good.
He has very soft mouth and travels with a very loose rain most of the time. He will side pass, neck rein, back up very very nice, and soft park out for mounting. He stands really good until asked to go. Shotguns and blank guns have been used off his back often. His feet are picked regularly before he is saddled, part of his routine. Joey will lower his head for the halter, and he is used with the Myler bit level one or two, working cows are going hard level five or finished bit. Joey is super easy to catch. He will come when you yell whistle and will come to grain all the time and in the dark.
Joey loads and backs out of the trailer perfect every time like he’s been doing it all his life. He knows the word back and when you shake his lead, he will back. He has traveled trailer traveled many miles. That’s very well traveling. He holds his shoes on his feet good and has all black hard feet. Joey will stand to throw the blanket and to throw the saddle on his back no worry.
Joey will go as slow as you want and he has a nice flat walk with another gear and a very nice lope with a good transition into a walk. He also has a real fast gallop, and I have only used a few times big country when needed. He will stand very quiet for hours. Same spot you put him. He will be there very quiet. He does not have to have any friends because I am his best friend. He’s good all by himself in the pasture, he currently has many friends all the time and has had all his life.
He is very nice to be around and reliable under any conditions. I have used him for five years in December extreme cold every year 20 miles every morning for six days ice snow rain all the above blizzards. They do not stop the field trials champion ships. No job is too much for my job. He lives in big pastures full of Broome grass has a good life and vaccinations teeth shoes taken well care of.
I have lots of young horses and Joey has done a well job. It is time for him to move on to his new home and we will miss him, but we have lots of young horses coming and it is time for others to step up. He will drink out of ponds Greek water and always has been a good eater and drinker. He will stand good for shoes. No problem. Joey has been going to Eminence Missouri with the girls for a couple summers now and I can name 25 states that I have traveled with him, and we have taken care of our business. Joey will ride in town anywhere. I take him to the subway often and tie him to a tree while I eat my sandwich, he will travel sidewalk or street.
