Freedom is a 5-year-old, 18.2-hand Belgian mare with an absolute heart of gold. She truly is what dreams are made of—from her incredible disposition and sweet, kind personality to her willing attitude and striking looks. This mare turns heads everywhere she goes and has the temperament to match her beauty.

Freedom has been exposed to all aspects of trail life, from mountain rides to town riding. She confidently rides alongside bikes, strollers, runners, and heavy traffic. She has passed semis without flinching, crossed bridges, gone under tunnels, and walked straight through rivers like it’s nothing. She’s steady, reliable, and takes everything in stride.

Not only is Freedom a trail pro, but she also has a solid foundation in the arena. She has a smooth, comfortable walk, jog, and lope, and works beautifully off your voice. She stops off your seat and voice cues and is incredibly thoughtful—she’s even learned to stop and wait if you lose your balance, giving you time to regain your seat.

Freedom is well-mannered and easy to handle. She lowers her head willingly for the halter and bridle and will side-pass to the mounting block, standing patiently while you get on. She goes barefoot with strong, solid feet and handles farrier work like a pro, even without stocks. She picks up her feet easily and stands quietly.

On the ground, Freedom is just as special. She stands to be brushed and loved on, ties quietly for as long as needed, and genuinely enjoys attention. She has also been exposed to flags, tarps, and the beginning stages of collection work. She rides both English and Western and looks beautiful doing either.
