I am proud to introduce you to Rags! He’s something special, something unique and something with a huge heart. Rags has the appearance of a teddy bear with eyes that bring comfort with a glance. Rags stands 16.2hh at 5 years old. He’s a stunning light chesthnut with lots of chrome and a stunning flaxen mane and tail. Rags is a very substantial guy. He has great conformation, solid bone structure, excellent hooves and he’s well muscled. Rags is loaded with personality. He gets along with most everything in the pasture from the cows to the donkeys; he’s everyone’s best friend. He can live in or out and is content either way. He loves people and attention. Kids as young as 5 can ride him independently. Rags stands like a rock for grooming tacking and mounting. Under-saddle he comes equipped with 3 stellar gaits, a quiet walk, a floaty trot and the most comfortable canter around. His gaits are all very adjustable. He works off of your seat and leg very well. Rags has been exposed to all types of obstacles such as balls, tarps, pool noodles, bridges and pedestals. He works off leg and seat so well you can pull the bridle and just clip a lead rope to the halter. Rags is more whoa than go. Once you climb on his back this is the horse that will make you want to ride! He’s seen the mountains, open fields, roads, water and woods. He’s been out on several hunter paces. Rags has been camping and picketed and is always game for an adventure. Rags also loves to drive! He’s pulled a carriage in weddings, parades and just around the farm!
