Standing 14.1 hands tall, Pongo is as stunning as he is versatile! At just 4 years old, he’s already proven himself to be an exceptional partner, ready to excel in the show pen—whether your passion is English or Western. He loves to jump, tackles trails with confidence, rides through traffic without a spook, and has started arena work with a Reiner. Soft in the bridle and eager to please, Pongo is as enjoyable to ride as he is to look at.
We’ve taken him to many different places, and he always behaves like a true gentleman. He’s gentle enough for any level of rider and has been ridden by numerous beginners both in and out of the arena. From performance to pleasure, the list of what Pongo can do is truly endless.
Pongo stands quietly for the farrier, loads and unloads with ease, enjoys bath time, is up to date on vaccinations and Coggins, and is comfortable with or without shoes. He’s the kind of horse that becomes a kid’s best friend, yet dependable enough for grandma or beginner guests to feel completely safe in the saddle.
