Er kam als sehr ängstliches und misstrauisches Pony zu uns. Die intensive Arbeit der letzten Jahre zahlt sich mittlerweile aus und "DJ" hat Vertrauen in den Menschen gefunden. "DJ" durchlief bei uns in den letzten Jahren eine abwechslungsreiche und solide Ausbildung . Z.B. geht er mittlerweile , mit einem souveränen 2. Pony im Zweispänner vor der Kutsche. Bei Fahrertagen und im Urlaub konnte er viele Erfahrungen sammeln. Im Einspänner ist DJ sehr unsicher und gestresst, so dass wir das nicht weiter ausgebaut haben. "DJ" hat sehr viel Spaß am Freispringen, Boden-/ und Trailarbeit und geht als Handpferd beim Ausreiten mit. Er läuft am Rad, liebt Handarbeit und Freiarbeit ! Eine reiterliche Ausbildung hat "DJ" definitiv in Irland und Deutschland bekommen, sicherlich nicht genossen. Deshalb geben wir ihn nicht als Reitpferd ab ! "DJ" lebt bei uns mit 9 weiteren Pferden und Ponys im Herdenverbund und ist rangniedrig und sehr sozial, egal ob mit Stuten oder Wallachen. Auch Hengste sollten kein Problem für ihn darstellen, DJ ist absolut neutral !!! Und supi zufrieden ohne 24 Stunden Boxenhaltung!!! Er ist kein "Kleber" und kann auch allein im Offenstall bleiben, bis seine "Kumpels-/ Kumpelinen" zurück sind ! Er lebt bei uns im Offen-/ Laufstall, mit zeitlich begrenztem Weidegang und rationierter Heufütterung. Da er sehr leichtfuttrig ist und zu Übergewicht neigt benötigt er viel Bewegung, oder eingeschränkte Fütterung. "DJ" ist eher schüchtern und zurückhaltend dem Menschen gegenüber und braucht viel Ruhe, Zeit und Geduld im Umgang . Trotz seiner Erfahrungen, bleibt DJ uns Menschen zugewandt und es geht niemals Böses von ihm aus !!! "DJ" ist komplett geimpft ( Herpes, Influenza, Tetanus) und war Anfang 2026 beim Zahnarzt. Er besitzt einen irischen Pass ( Leisure Horse Ireland) ohne Abstammung. Für "DJ" suchen wir einen Platz auf Lebenszeit bei fortgeschrittenen Fahrern, als Beisteller, oder bei Menschen, die Spaß an einem vielseitigen, begabtem Pony haben und definitiv NICHT reiten wollen !
