Cermedes stammt ab vom Hengst Carlo (von Chacco-Blue) und der Mutter Cellistial (von Kolibri). Die Vollgeschwister der Mutter sind alle bis zur Klasse S erfolgreich platziert. Auch die Mutter selbst war im Jahr 2024 bis zur Klasse M erfolgreich im Parcours.
