Freizeitpferd, Stute, Lehrpferd

Due to a reduction in stock, I am selling our well-behaved mare. Arethina is a 15-year-old mare standing at 175 cm. She has mild equine asthma, which is why she is not being sold as a sport horse. She goes out into the field (even alone) calmly in all gaits and jumps a relaxed L course at home.  
I am looking for a home for her where she can be turned out to pasture or paddock daily all day long. I can imagine both a box stall and a loose housing system for her.
