The pictures and video speak for themselves, he is gorgeous as can be and is a complete gentleman in every way. Standing at the height of 14.2 hands yet he is sturdy and well built. Calm demeanor, and loving attitude, he has been a favorite since the day he arrived here. Patrick is a very honest and very dependable horse on the trail and in the arena and most anyone from the beginner to the advanced rider should be able to enjoy him! He has lots of experience on trails and spent most of his life trail ridden by a lady in her 70s and he took very good care of her. He would also be good for a timid rider to regain their confidence back or even a good husband horse. He will walk, trot and has a nice lope, he will back up and pick up both leads with ease. Level-headed, sane, kind, and honest are a few good words to describe him. Crossing creeks, logs, down slippery banks, through the mud, around other horses, he’s perfectly capable and does all with ease. Quiet and gentle. Nothing much fazes him- giant bouncy balls, dinosaur costumes, flappy tarps, trail obstacles, various farm animals, and farm machinery & equipment. He is an absolute gentleman, stands to be saddled/mounted & loves baths! He is good with farrier and trailers without any problem. Very easy to be around.
