"AVAILABLE ON ONLINE HORSE AUCTION AT www DOT PlatinumEquineAuction DOT com BIDDING OPEN NOW thru SUNDAY | APRIL 19TH! *Final price will be determined on auction site* CONSIGNOR CONTACT INFO: Cheyenne Hirsch 281-202-5377 LOCATION: Victoria, TX Beans is a 6-year-old Gypsy Vanner/Percheron cross mare with a big build, lots of bone, and a presence that gets noticed wherever she goes. She is a sturdy, substantial mare that would make a great trail horse, ranch horse, broodmare, driving horse, or a beautiful English prospect. Beans was raised and broke by the Amish and has experience plowing. Because of this, she has a solid foundation and could easily transition back into a driving program or farm work lifestyle. She has good ground manners and is easy to catch, leads, loads, ties, stands for the farrier, and stands quietly to be bathed, groomed, and tacked. Under saddle she walks, trots, lopes, and backs. She has been ridden on trails, through water, and in town, and she handles new places and environments well. Beans prefers a slower, easy-going pace and is more of a laid-back riding horse. She would rather cruise along than go fast, but she will move out and pick up speed when asked. She does best when ridden relaxed and is happiest just covering ground and going down the trail. She prefers to be ridden in a light hackamore and rides well in it. She has also had a foal previously and was a good mother, so she would also make a nice broodmare prospect. With her build, size, and movement, she would make a very pretty English prospect with more time and riding. Beans is a big, eye-catching mare with a lot of versatility and would be a great fit for someone looking for a solid, easy-to-handle horse to enjoy on trails, around the ranch, in harness, or in the English arena. For more information, contact Cheyenne at 281-202-5377.
