With a heavy heart, I have decided to sell Tessa. She is a 6-year-old mare standing 1.52 meters tall. I started riding her at the age of four and have given her plenty of time to mature. Initially, she was used as a lead horse in the field, later ridden alone or in a group. She was intended to become a trail riding horse. Unfortunately, I have to admit that she doesn’t feel very comfortable outdoors. She is often quite curious and sometimes skittish when out riding.

Tessa feels more at ease in the indoor arena or on the riding pad. Everything is familiar to her there, and she works very well with her rider. She also handles extreme trail challenges and calmness training very motivatedly. I imagine a rider who enjoys competing in disciplines like trail riding, ranch riding, or mounted games would suit her well. She is easy to load alone. Tessa is barefoot (with hoof boots in the terrain), healthy, regularly dewormed, osteopathically checked, with her teeth done, and vaccinated against tetanus, equine herpesvirus, influenza, and West Nile virus.

She is familiar with both box stall and open stable environments. She is very social within a herd but also assertive when needed. Tessa is a wonderful horse – but unfortunately, we are not the right match.

She has a pedigree but no official papers. It’s important to me that she finds a suitable new owner.
