Daisy is a gorgeous 7yr old dark bay mare standing about 15 hands tall and weighs around 1050lbs. She’s one hand broke and one that you can ride around with just a grass string. Daisy’s still young and has a lifetime ahead of her to spend and grow with a family.
Daisy is a great trail horse. She is one that doesn’t care if she’s in the front, middle, or back of the pack. Daisy will cross all types of water, cross logs, go through mud, rough terrain, over bridges and is traffic safe. She’s not spooky out on the trail and will walk all day if asked. Not only is she great out on the trail, but Daisy has also been to team sorting and played with the cows.
Daisy will walk, trot, and canter when asked and takes both leads. Daisy will ride out alone and away from the barn and be dependable.
Daisy makes mounting simple as she will stand at a mounting block or anything you can find out on the trail for you to get on and will stand until asked to move.
Daisy is currently shod all the way around. She stands great for the farrier, baths, tacking/untacking, and mounting. She’s easy to catch. She does great in a stall as well and has great stall manners. She loads in and out of the trailer easily.
