🦘Meet Kangaroo!! 🦘
🦘Where do I even start with a great BABYSITTING UNICORN gelding like this one! Kangaroo is the perfect little fun size horse standing 14 hands tall. The perfect family fun size. He has been part of our family for along time now and has babysat so many kids and taught them ride. Kangaroo is just a 8 year old buckskin gelding. Yes just 8 years old. (Vet and horse dentist confirmed). He has manners and rides around like an old seasoned show horse, he’s as broke as broke gets and I would trust him with any kid, small adult, grandma or grandpa, any age, beginner. Doesn’t matter. You can ride him. I trust anyone can ride him anywhere, including BRIDLE-LESS! Absolutely NO kick or buck in him! Absolutely no bad habits! Absolutely no maintenance. He is simple, easy, and fun to ride. When I say he’s been there and done that I mean it. He is one handed broke, neck reins, and has a good stop! And the absolute best tiny rocking chair short lope and a silky smooth trot. A kid could really learn and build confidence loping him around. He has always been willing to go or do anything we have asked. He will ease through the creeks/ponds, thickets, traffic safe, train safe, machinery safe, loud noises don’t bother him. He’s been to ropings, barrel races, jumping jumps, rodeos, swimming ponds, tied out camping, and been thru every aspect of the woods from thickets to boggy creeks, and trail riding down the roads. Trains honking and going by don’t bother him, he will ride right next to it!
🦘I feel he really shines no matter what you do with him. Like being rode English. He has been shown and won many ribbons in small local shows jumping small courses. Both in a show ring and out cross country. He is such a pretty mover. Or ride him western and take him to playdays. He knows all the playday events. Doesn’t matter to him. He aims to please. Kangaroo has also been used to carry the American flag for the National Anthem at rodeos.
🦘He is BOMBPROOF, absolutely no spook at all and will go anywhere he is pointed, he never refuses or says no. Always has a happy go lucky attitude. Never in a bad mood. He is a once in a lifetime time little horse. He is one of those that is as honest as the day is long. He’s easy to catch, bathe, and hauls like a champ. He has the biggest heart and try of anything we have on the place. The kids themselves can saddle, bridle, and ride him everywhere with ZERO help from an adult. I trust this little horse enough for little kids to run up to him from the front or back and he will stand like a rock. You can swing a rope on him, pop bull whips, run barrels, run poles, goats tie, TRICK RIDE, and trail ride! Kangaroo will walk, trot, lope, or go as fast as you want in all the events! He is the coolest little guy around and everywhere we go he gets ALL the attention. I really can’t say enough good things about him. And he is just 8 yrs old. He has his whole life ahead of him.
