He is stout made and a real eye catcher. He is sound, strait legged and has big, round solid feet. Squidward is as gentle as they come and has a big puppy dog disposition. He is safe and quiet on the ground. A dog running behind him or a plastic bag blowing by doesn’t even grab his attention. He is friendly and as kind as you can ask one to be. We have used Sqwidward on the ranch extensively. He has gathered, sorted pairs, branded calves and doctored yearlings. He has a smooth stride and is very comfortable to ride all day. He is sure footed crossing timber and rocks, he crosses water with ease and goes anywhere you point him without hesitation. Squidward is broke! He neck reins nicely, is light in the face, and will lope around on a loose rein. You can stop him in his tracks while the rest of the crew rides off and he never nickers or even lifts his head to look for his friends. Squidward is a pleasure to have around.
