Hound Dog is the kind you look a long time to find. We’ve had him since he was a yearling, and he’s been used for every aspect of ranch work — calving, sorting, branding, pasture roping, doctoring, and long days in all weather. He’s the one we trust to pack me and our 12-month-old son around without a worry.
He’s started in the heeling out of the box and had 60 days of barrel training as a 4-year-old. Athletic, cowy, and ready to go on with in any direction. With more focused time, he’ll make someone a really nice rope horse.
