She is sired by $5.7 million dollar sire CD Lights, earner of $234,000 and NCHA Open World Champion. Her dam is the great Travelin Miss Jonez, who earned $160,000 NRCHA befor being retired this year to focus on her broodmare career. Her oldest foals are 3. June is gentle and kind but is light-footed and has a lot of feel. She is started on cattle, showing interest and making a nice move on a cow and the flag. She is also started on the roping sled and doing very well. She can rope the lead steer, do the trail course, get gates, carry a flag, drag a tire/log/tarp, sidepass, and turn around. Our 12-year-old daughter loves riding her, as June is fun, athletic, has plenty of speed, is confident riding through and being around cattle, travels well out in the pasture- up hills and down, and is completely confident with tarps.
