Tommy is the total package — a thick, gorgeous gelding with a huge heart, sweet disposition, and experience in all the right places. From working cattle to quiet trail rides, he’s the kind of partner who shows up every time with a great attitude and a steady mind.

This gelding was previously used in roping and team penning, and lately he’s been excelling in western pleasure, drill team, and trail riding. He’s been a no-nonsense, no-quirks kind of horse — no buck, bolt, or rear. Whether he’s had time off or is ridden regularly, Tommy always comes out safe, sane, and consistent.

In the arena, Tommy has a solid walk, jog, and lope, stops just off your voice, and has a finished neck rein. He sidepasses to gates, moves easily off leg pressure, and has collection when asked. He’s been ridden solo and in groups, on the ranch and out on the trail, and always stays level-headed and willing.

Out on the trail, Tommy shines. He’s been downtown, through drive-thrus, across rivers, over bridges, and on tough mountain terrain.
