Twix is a seasoned gelding with a lot of life experience. We have used him at the feedlot, branding calves and he is also pretty good to breakaway/heel on. He is good in the box, scores and leaves flat. I personally have not had him through a barrier but prior to us, they had jackpotted on him a handful of times. He is good for someone wanting to go have fun but not going to go win a roping.
Twix is more of a ranch gelding and fits the profile well ~ he's got plenty of cow and knows the deal out doctoring calves and branding. He is great to use in the pens - works and holds a gate well.
Twix is safe and very business ready ~ he walks, trots, lopes both directions soft and easy ~ stays backed off the bridle reins and has a good stop.
He is fun to ride and saddles up flat even after a lot of time off. He's never offered to get fresh.
Twix would ideally fit someone wanting to do gymkhana, rope, use him on the ranch or trail ride.
