Er kann beidseitig seitwärts gehen, sammelt sich schön und hat sanfte Führwechsel. Wir haben ihn häufig bei Ausritten und sogar bei Übernachtungscampingtrips eingesetzt. Wir haben mit ihm Vieh getrieben und auch leicht vom Pferd aus mit dem Lasso gearbeitet - er war uns sehr nützlich beim Führen und Anbinden von Fohlen. Viele Kinder sind mit Jet geritten und er hat nie versagt, sich um sie zu kümmern. Er wird jedes Mal das gleiche Pferd sein, wenn du ihn herausholst. Jet ist trittsicher und kräftig, selbst auf etwas rauerem Boden. Er hat ausgezeichnete Boxenmanieren oder kann in der Gruppe auf die Weide gelassen werden, je nachdem, was du bevorzugst. Er macht die Arbeit beim Hufschmied mühelos. Er lässt sich auch gerne baden und pflegen. Jet steht geduldig angebunden und lässt sich gut satteln. Jet is 7 yrs old and stands 15.3 hands tall. He is going to be that big, safe gelding that makes you want to go out and ride! He has the biggest teddy bear personality, he is level headed and quiet. His favorite speed is slow, making him an excellent beginner safe horse. We have yet to find much of anything that truly phases him. He isn’t gonna shy away from noisy traffic, deer running out of the field, or even barking dogs. He will side pass both ways, collects up nicely, and has smooth lead changes. We have used him a ton on trail rides and even overnight camping trips. We have pushed cattle on him as well as lightly pasture roped off him- hes been very useful to us ponying and snubbing colts. Many kids have rode Jet and he has never failed at taking care of them. He will be the same horse every-time you pull him out. Jet is sure footed and stout even through some pretty rough footing. He has excellent box stall manners, or turn him out in the pasture with a group, which ever you prefer. He makes for a hassle free job when it comes to the farrier.
